As the coronavirus outbreak continues to upend our daily lives, children across the UK have been encouraged to share their drawings and paintings of rainbows to spread hope and boost the spirits of passers-by and neighbours. The trend started in Italy where many rainbows were accompanied by the slogan “andra tutto benne,” which translates as “everything will be alright,” and has spread to countries around the world including the UK.

Even the Queen acknowledged it in her speech on 5th April when she said, “the moments when the United Kingdom has come together to applaud its care and essential workers will be remembered as an expression of our national spirit and its symbol will be the rainbows drawn by children.”

Whilst our showroom remains closed we want to share our rainbow with everyone and say thank you to the NHS and all the frontline workers who continue to go above beyond during this difficult time.  We hope this rainbow design will bring some colour to your day.
